  • If it's determined that an insurance claim is warranted, ROI will educate you on the risks and rewards of filing a claim OR waiting until the next storm, pending the status of your property.  We’ll then support you regardless of which direction you feel is best for you.
     

  • We'll provide professional assistance with repair itemization & estimating.
     

  • Once approved, ROI can handle all trades of repair, so your home remains in the hands of our professionals throughout the entire repair process.
     

  • Upon completion, we will invoice and assist in retrieving all funds from your insurance carrier.
     

  • Lastly, ROI will provide the proper certificates and warranties needed to satisfy your insurance carrier and protect your property into the future!
